Bryan did an excellent job in several different areas. His pricing strategy allowed me to sell at a premium to the market. He was very knowledgeable of the market, and, specifically, my neighborhood. During the move, I was in the process of relocating internationally, and Bryan was beyond helpful in not only the sale of my house, but also organizing and prepping the house for sale. He went above and beyond to take care of everything with the house so I could focus on the relocation.

Amy was recommended to my husband and I by a friend who had recently purchased a home through her. As first-time home buyers, we took the process slowly so we could make the best decisions and that included who we chose to hire as our agent. When I booked the initial consultation appointment with Amy, we had already looked at a few homes with a couple different agents, and I told Amy we were still searching for the best agent for us. Amy worked hard to earn our trust during that initial consultation/home showing and we knew from that first meeting that she was the best agent for us. Amy was incredibly professional and took the time to carefully review the Broker Agreement with us, clarifying our budget, getting to know us and what we preferred in a home, setting up the listing portal for us, and connected us with a mortgage lender. Amy took the time to really get to know us as a couple and understand exactly what we were looking for in our first home, and assisted us in keeping our expectations realistic. Amy was incredibly responsive to our calls and flexible in her schedule to show us homes when it was convenient for us. She was always positive when we were looking at the homes, but did give her honest opinion regarding certain aspects of a home if we asked, which we really appreciated because it was helpful and guided our decision in which home we ultimately decided to make an offer. When it came time to negotiate the offer, Amy was incredibly patient with us in explaining the process and worked hard with us and seller's agent to bring us to an agreement that worked for us. Throughout the closing, Amy went above and beyond to ensure all parties involved were informed of necessary information to meet the closing date and we closed on time! Amy was so thoughtful when she presented us with our keys and had key chains made for me and my husband with something that represented us as an individual, that she recognized through spending time with us during our home buying journey. Amy also has a wide range of contacts in the home improvement business and offered us various contacts to assist us in our home ownership. We are so lucky to have had Amy as our realtor and we highly recommend her.

I honestly can not say enough about how wonderful Amy was to work with. My husband was in Richmond while I was in Georgia through our home buying purchase and Amy was amazing from day one. She kept me informed every step of the way and had great suggestions. When it came down to two buyers on the home we liked, she gave sound advice and coached us through the negotiating process. Without Amy we would not been able to purchase our home and close in a short amount of time. She still sends us notes on how we are doing and if we sell our home in the future she would be our realtor again in a heart beat.

My wife and I used Chalk homes and they absolutely found us exactly what we were looking for in a home. Bryan sat us down and told us about the process and how it would work and Amy brought us to look at houses we wanted to see. Amy didn't just walk us through the houses, she talked to us and helped us to make sense of our wants and needs list and how those things translated into reality. Amy helped us to prioritize our needs and showed us listings that met those needs.Amy was great. We found our house after just the second road trip of houses. Total of just 6 houses. If we ever need a realtor again, we will absolutely use Amy and Bryan Chalk.
