As a first time home buyer, I was so lucky to have found Amy. I didn't know too much about the process going in and Amy was great about explaining things every step of the way. Amy was very knowledgeable about the Richmond area and we were able to find a house we were interested in quickly. She was great with working around our schedules to show us homes and was always happy to jump on the phone for a call. When it came time to make an offer, Amy was really helpful in presenting us with options to make our lives easier. The home we ultimately purchased had a very difficult seller and Amy was great in dealing with that. One of the best things about Amy is her great network or contacts. Our initial financing fell through unexpectedly and Amy was able to put us in contact with a lender who could help us and offered a much better rate. She really saved the day! I've already recommended Amy to friends - you won't be disappointed working with her. If you're thinking about buying a home, go talk to Amy first. You'll be glad you did!

My wife and I used the Chalk team to stage/sell our old home, and find/purchase a new one. Throughout the entire process, from the first meeting through/beyond buying our new home, they could not have been more attentive and professional. Amy, being a certified stager and helped us prepare our former home, make the necessary adjustments to ready it for sale. Once listed, we sold the house within 10 days! The selling process, discussions of on-the-table offers, and true, non-biased advice were fantastic. We then promptly moved right into the looking/buying process looking at multiple homes in many different areas. Amy met with us all over the Richmond area, and wasn't just trying to 'sell us a house'. She was dead set on 'selling us the right house'. I truly appreciated all candid feedback. She was not shy about pointing out positives, but also things that we hadn't thought of that would have been negatives. Needless to say, we found the right house. They functioned together as a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

Bryan was amazing. Both my brother and I live out of town, so we required special attention, and boy did we get it! Bryan met with painters and repairmen and provided them with access on more occasions than I can count. He gave us invaluable advice about what we should do with our house to make it appealing, and helped us wait until we found the perfect buyer. He was always attentive, encouraging, and polite. I can't recommend him highly enough.
